The Foosh Card Vault ("we," "us," "our") operates thefooshcardvault.com. This page explains what personal information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We're a small, veteran-owned shop — this policy is written to be genuinely readable, not just legally defensive.

Information We Collect

When you place an order: Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number. We do receive your name, email, shipping address, and order details from Stripe so we can pack and ship your order and email you a confirmation.

When you use the contact form: We collect whatever you enter — typically your name, email, and message — so we can reply to you.

Your shopping cart: Items you add to your cart are stored locally in your own browser (not on our servers) until you check out or clear it yourself.

Standard site logs: Like virtually every website, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We don't use this to build advertising profiles.

How We Use It

Strictly to run the shop: fulfilling and shipping your orders, sending order confirmations, responding to questions, and keeping the site secure and working properly. We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles on visitors.

Who We Share It With

We never sell your personal information — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We share information only with the services that make the shop function:

• Stripe — processes payment and shipping information for checkout.
• Netlify — hosts the site and handles contact form submissions.
• Google Sheets — powers our live inventory listings; does not receive customer personal information.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.

Your Rights as a California Resident

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. Since we don't sell personal information, there's nothing to opt out of — but you're always welcome to reach out with any request or question at orders@thefooshcardvault.com, and we'll respond promptly.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember what's in your shopping cart between pages. We don't use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
